About this tool
Turn photos and pictures into a single document that is easy to email, print or upload. Add one image or several JPG and PNG files at once — they are placed on sheets in the order you select them.
How to use it
- Choose one or more JPG or PNG images.
- Run the converter.
- Download your new file.
Why convert images?
- One attachment instead of many – send ten photos as one tidy file.
- Easier printing – each image fits neatly on its own sheet.
- Accepted everywhere – many job, visa and university portals only take documents, not pictures.
- Consistent viewing – opens the same way on phones, tablets and computers.
Common uses
Photographed receipts and invoices, ID cards and certificates, handwritten notes, product photos for a catalogue and screenshots for a bug report or tutorial.
JPG or JPEG?
They are the same format with two spellings, so both work. PNG files are accepted too.
Tips for a better result
- Select the images in the order you want them to appear.
- Use clear, well-lit pictures — the converter keeps the quality you upload.
- Very large photos produce larger files; resize them first if you need a small attachment.
Privacy
Your images are used only to create the download and are deleted from our server shortly afterwards.
A worked example
A visa applicant must upload a passport scan, a bank letter and two photos as a single document. Taking clear photos, selecting them in the right order and converting them produces one tidy file that the online form accepts first time.
Getting the order right
Images are placed in the order you select them. Renaming the photos 01, 02, 03 before uploading makes this easy, especially on a phone where the gallery may sort by date.
Keeping the file small
- Phone photos are often 3–5 MB each; resize large images before converting if you need a small attachment.
- Crop away tables, floors and fingers around documents.
- Prefer JPG for photos and PNG for screenshots with sharp text.
Photos of paperwork
If your pictures are of documents rather than scenes, try our Scan to PDF tool, which gives a cleaner, more document-like look.
Troubleshooting
If an image appears sideways, rotate it in your gallery app before converting, or fix the sheet afterwards with Rotate PDF. Very large batches take a little longer to upload on slow connections.
