About this tool
No scanner? Snap your paperwork with a phone and turn the photos into one document that is easy to read, print and email. Original colours are kept by default, and an optional black & white mode gives a classic flatbed-scan look.
How to use it
- Upload one or more photos of your paperwork.
- Put them in the right order.

Tips for a sharp result
- Shoot in good, even light and avoid shadows from your hand or phone.
- Hold the camera straight above the sheet so the edges are square.
- Fill the frame with the paper and keep the text in focus.

Colour or black & white?
Keep colour for forms with stamps, signatures in blue ink or coloured highlights. Switch on black & white for plain text documents — it boosts contrast and usually makes the file smaller. Either way, photos are enhanced but not automatically cropped or straightened, so frame them neatly when you shoot.
Good to know
Blurry, dark or tilted photos reduce readability. The output contains images of your paperwork, so the text is not editable or searchable. Uploaded photos are deleted from our server shortly after processing.
A worked example
A freelancer needs to send five signed timesheets to a client by the end of the day, but there is no scanner at home. Five phone photos taken on a kitchen table near a window become one neat, scan-style file that the client can open and print.
Photography checklist
- Use daylight or a bright lamp and switch off the flash to avoid glare.
- Place the paper on a dark, plain surface so the edges stand out.
- Keep the phone parallel to the sheet to avoid a trapezoid shape.
- Tap the screen to focus on the text before taking the photo.
- Check each picture for blur before uploading.
Arranging the photos
Use the move buttons or drag to reorder the thumbnails before converting. Remove any duplicate or blurry shots so the final file contains only the good ones.
Making the text searchable
The result contains images, so you cannot search or copy the words. If you need editable text, run the file through an OCR program after converting.
